Analysis On Increase Variation Of Farmers' Income In Jilin Province

During the 12 th Five-Year,the absolute amount of GDP has increased,but its increment speed has slowed down significantly in Jilin Province.Similarly,the absolute level of farmers' income is increasing,but its increment speed decrease significantly in Jilin Province.From the perspective of income structure,with the abolition of the temporary storage price of corn and the adjustment of planting structure,farmers rely on the net income of household business,which faces with the growth problems in Jilin Province.On the other hand,Jilin Province is still in the initial stage of industrialization.It can't provide more employment opportunities for the rural surplus labor,which restricts the growth of the wages income of the farmers,the property income has little effect on farmers' income.Corn differential subsidies,grain subsidies and other subsidies increase the transfer income of farmers in Jilin Province,but it also increases the country's fiscal burden.how to promote the steady growth of farmers' income has become an important problem in the development of agriculture and rural areas in Jilin province.Using the method of literature analysis,this paper analyzes the changing trajectory of farmers' income growth,from the perspective of income structure,the method of combining theoretical research,empirical analysis and practical investigation are adopted.Studying the influencing factors of farmers' income growth in Jilin Province,and according to the time change of farmers 'income,the farmers' income target and farmer's actual data in Jilin Province,the expected changes of farmers' income growth are explored.Finally,quite a few suggestions are put forward to advance the increase of farmers' income.The results represent that the net income of household business growth of farmers is mainly affected by the chemical fertilizer dosage,the total power of agricultural machinery,grain yield per unit area,the price of agricultural products,the production cost.Farmers' wages income growth is mainly affected by the urbanization rate,the level of non-agricultural industries and the degree of education in rural areas.The property income and the transfer income growth of farmers mainly depend on the macro agricultural support policy and the country's financial transfer payment capacity.In the future,the income growth of the professional farmers and part-time farmers in Jilin province needs to transfer the rural surplus labor force,which will reach 61%-80%.Finally suggestions promoting farmers' income growth in Jilin Province are put forward: first,improving farmers' management structure;second,reducing the cost of agricultural production;third,increasing the non-agricultural employment;fourth,paying attention to farmers' the basic education and vocational education.
