A Study On The Problems Of Agricultural Cooperation Between China And Russia

With the deepening of regional economic integration between countries,China's economic cooperation with the neighboring countries and the importance of more and more prominent.China and Russia are the world's largest countries,and they have shown a very high complementarity in agriculture.Therefore,cooperation between China and Russia in agriculture will have an impact on the agricultural development and economic transformation between the two countries.Based on the deepening of agricultural cooperation between China and Russia,this paper analyzes the agricultural cooperation between China and Russia according to the research ideas of "status quo-problem-reason-countermeasure".From the current situation,the two countries of the agricultural production factors complementarity is very strong,but the level of cooperation is still very low.Agricultural products trade mainly to primary agricultural products.The lack of deep processing of agricultural products is a significant feature of the two countries in agricultural trade.They need more indepth agricultural cooperation model.Analysis of the reasons,the difficulties of cooperation between the two countries from the two sides of the policy,on the one hand,Russia's trade and investment environment is the main reason,on the other hand,China-Russia-led regional economic integration trade negotiations can not provide good policy protection The issue of labor export,technical cooperation and trade barriers between the two countries have had a profound impact.From the countermeasures point of view,to promote the cooperation between China and Russia to promote trade in production to trade with the overall idea of production,from the labor,capital,land,technology and other factors of production to start through the Sino-Russian agricultural cooperation joints.
