The arrival of the m obile Internet era has a profound influence and great im pact to the enterprise management,which is the main point of this paper research.It focuses on the new changes and challengesthe m obile Internet era brings to the ente rprise management.The pressure for change of the m anagement consulting com panies which take the enterprise m anagement knowledge service as produ ct is even more urgent.The paper is interspe rsed with exam ples of new ideas in so me enterprises management field and practical cases of famous enterprisesinrecentyears.The author starts from the series of crisis management thatthe TOP consultin g companies faced under the background in the mobile Internet era,analyses the current situation of the organization m anagement mode deeply,expounds the m ain problems in the organization m anagement mode.Such as the business m odel and the requirements of mobile Internet are disjointed,the genera tion of the original pro ject team did not really play the project m atrix value,organizational structure aging so that the tra ditional mode is not adapt to the talent m anagement,financial index decreased year by year and talen t incentive is not in place result ing in serious brain drain.It launched the organization m anagement mode reform pract ices of the TOP consulting company based on the mobile In ternet era from the above summ aries.Firstly,the reform ideas are m ainly focused on four aspects,nam ely,to adjust the business model,consulting product rede sign,partner system change and the organizational structure change.Secondl y,the im plementation steps of the TOP consulting firm reform practices are sp ecific,adjust the main mode of pr oject settlement,re-introduce the partnership system,re-define and distinguish divisions,construct the internal and externalbusiness platform.The proactive m anagement reform makes TOP consulting throughand the firm has achieved good economic effect and brand effect in the preliminary implementation process.Finally,the most im portant part of this thesis is the author concluded through the TOP consulting prac tices combined with su ccessful cases of othe r mobile In ternet business.The conclusion is that the direc tion of the mobile Internet era organization management mode reform is around the "talent" to construct its own unique "business model",and to build a new organization m odel with platform type,network type and co-constructiontype under the protection of "enterprise culture and mechanism".However,this article still exists the following disadvantages due to some resources and capacity constraints.The theoretical information of the mobile Internet is lack,the scale of the development in the consulting industry is generally small and the service segment is m ore and changes greatly,so that the g eneral applicability of the conclusion is verified.But,the evaluation of the organization is with more subjective factors as I have worked directly in the consulting firm.
