"Innovation is the first driving force of the development of the leading." Improving the creative performance of enterprises is to improve the performance of employees.How to stimulate the creativity of employees becomes the problem that every enterprise should pay attention to.Innovation is associated with risk and uncertainty.Error is inevitable.Innovative means of trial and error.Organization's attitude to errors have an important impact on employees' innovation performance.Some studies show that the error management climate has an important influence on innovation behavior.They begin to explore its internal mechanism.Although some progress has been made,the impact mechanism is still unclear,and further research is necessary.Based on the perspective of Person-organization Fit theory,this paper introduces work pressure as the mediate variable and psychological capital l as the moderate variable to further explore the internal mechanism.Based on the theory of Person-organization Fit and Robin 's work stress,this paper explores how the error management climate and psychological capital have impact on employee job stress perception and creative performance.This study collected efficient 306 sales sample data.The empirical analysis shows that the error management climate has a positive effect on the employee 's creative performance.While the work stress has a negative influence on it.The work stress has a partial mediating effect between error management climate and creative performance.Psychological capital plays a moderate role between the error management climate and work stress.This paper based on the research put forward the management practice inspiration and research prospects,and research is expected to be improved in the future.
