With the rapid development of global science and technology field,Chinese economic development is facing new challenges,the Party Central Committee and the government has repeatedly stressed the need to implement the strategy of innovation driven development,more and more enterprises especially high-tech enterprises realize that technological innovation is the core competitiveness of enterprises,is the source of enterprise sustainable development.As the main body of enterprise technology innovation,the innovation of Research & Development team's activity increasingly brought to the attention of the enterprise management,how to evaluate the performance of R&D team innovation reasonably has become a difficult problem of enterprise performance management team.Because of the complexity and particularity of its own work,team performance appraisal system in general is not fully applicable,and now most of the enterprises are still using the traditional method,so it is difficult to accurately understand the current work status of the R&D team,therefore,it reduces the efficiency of research and development activities.Based on the research and development team as the research object,through the literature analysis method to find out in the existing literature on team innovation performance evaluation system and evaluation method,summarizes the relevant summary,put forward the theoretical basis of the research,and according to the characteristics of R&D team,initially set up R&D team innovation performance evaluation system.At the same time,by using Analytic Hierarchy Process,Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and Delphi Technique,we build up the evaluation system for R&D team's innovation performance and suggest that should evaluate the performance from three aspects: innovation ability,team collaboration and innovation achievements.Finally,the evaluation system has been carried on a high-tech enterprise T company,through the results we found the existing problems and put forward improving strategies to the R&D team,so that to improve the enterprise performance management and increase the innovation performance of the company.
