| Saving energy is not only a requirement of national sustainable development strategies,but also urgent needs of the shipbuilding enterprises for reducing cost and increasing efficiency.However,in the shipbuilding enterprises,the contradiction of urgent energy management tasks and lower-level management are particularly obvious,how to use system management tools to reduce energy consumption and increase energy efficiency,which have become a big problem for shipbuilding enterprises have to directly confront and try to solve.Base on Z ship enterprises,this paper established and implementation and evaluation energy management system,then design energy management information system according to energy management system,main research work and the research results are as follow:(1)Based on energy data analysis and site survey,through the current situation analysis of energy management and energy consumption,find out that currently problems of shipbuilding enterprise energy management are less energy management system,energy-saving consciousness weak and the degree of energy management information is low.For the energy management problem to establish an appropriate energy management system is the best solution,and then design the energy control information system,and finally analysis the needs of the energy management system.(2)According to the preparation of an energy management system establishment,developed energy management policy,determined the scope of energy management and rebuilded energy management organization,and definited the energy management organization responsibility.What’s more,we have laid down the planning process of energy management system,through the planning of energy management system,determined the main energy consumed equipment,and the scope of significant energy use and energy consumption,recognized and established main energy post.According to the requirements of GB17167 to analysis the enterprise measurement’s gap,to make the configuration of enterprise energy measurement apparatus perfect,and organize full company for the recognition of energy-saving opportunities,determine 70 regulations as energy-saving opportunities priority control.Then based on the analysis of energy use and energy consumption,to make the determination of the energy baseline and then determine the energy performance indicators,energy objectives and energy targets,and then lay down 5 energy management implementation programmes.The energy management system is established based on the planning results and the preparatory contents of energy management system.(3)According to the energy management programme,improved the operation rules of energy-related equipment,facilities,and systems,laid down the energy saving and monitoring technical requirements for the significant energy use equipment.And to make the implementation,monitoring and inspection of energy-related training,operation and maintenance of standards,energy saving and emission reduction measures,energy metering and energy statistics.Through the analysis of energy consumption structure and energy consumption,we can realize the energy efficiency was improved and the energy consumption was reduced.Through the evaluation of energy consumption,energy-power tons of steel,main energy objectives and energy targets,we can verify the effective operation of the energy management system in Z shipbuilding enterprise.(4)For the problem of energy management to come up with some solutions,and proposed the concept of an energy online management system,and analysised the requirements of energy online management system and then overall design the system,as well as set the basic requirements to the successfully running of the energy online management system.The overall designed of energy online management system for Z ship enterprises not only provide guidance for the development of energy information management system,but also provide reference value for other enterprises in the development of the energy management information system. |
