In today's globalized economy,the tourism and hotel industry has been developing rapidly,but at the same time,the industry has encountered a big challenge--high employee turnover and increasingly prominent problem of shortage of seasonal employment.The high turnover rate of hotel staff increases the input of human resource recruitment and training costs.In particular,the loss of some core staff will seriously affect the normal operation of the hotel,and the original hotel's customer source and commercial secrets will be leaked,which will increase the operational risk of the hotel.Some experts and scholars believe that if the loss of staff in the hotel industry is effectively controlled within a certain range,For hotels,To a certain extent,the hotel's staffing is more reasonable.However,if the staff turnover rate exceeds 15 %,it will restrict the normal development of the hotel.More than 20 %,the normal operation of the hotel will be disturbed.In particular,employees who have the information resources of the hotel in important positions will leave and take away some business secrets.Sometimes it is fatal to the continuous development of the hotel.The loss of excellent grassroots employees will reduce the quality of hotel services to a certain extent,thus affecting the loss of hotel customers.The average staff turnover rate of S Hotel was 27 % in 2015,30 % in 2016,28 % in 2017,and 22 % in the first half of 2018.S Hotel's annual average staff turnover rate has remained high for the past three years.On this basis,this article takes S hotel as an example,on the basis of the thorough analysis,the model mainly based on Price-Mueller discusses on the necessity of the research to the influential factors of employee turnover,and factors affecting Price-Mueller variables in the model design of questionnaire and individual interview,and analysis of the S key influence factors of hotel staff turnover,and on the basis of the study to explore the countermeasures and Suggestions that reduced loss of S hotel staff,reference for hotel use.This paper believes that the increase of external job opportunities is the main external environment factor that catalyzes the acceleration of employee turnover in S hotel.Excessive general skills training will increase the risk of employee loss in S hotel;Unfair salary adjustment results,high work pressure,low salary level and low promotion opportunities are the main internal environmental factors of the risk of employee turnover in S hotel.Low job satisfaction is one of the main factors of employee loss in S hotel.Sound salary management system and unimpeded staff promotion channels are effective means to reduce the staff turnover rate in S hotel.In this paper,countermeasures and Suggestions for school-enterprise cooperation are proposed to reduce employee turnover.The purpose is to suggest enterprises to implement talent reserve strategy,stabilize outstanding employees and build a high-quality team.It is suggested that enterprises should pay more attention to the cultivation of on-campus students who cooperate with enterprises,and the hotel reserve force can be trained by order classes,apprenticeships and other modes,so as to strive to improve the recognition of enterprise culture before new employees enter the enterprise,which will reduce the loss rate of hotel employees in the later stage to a certain extent.
