Analysis And Application On The Evolution Mechanism Of Mass Labor-capital Conflict Based On Risk Field Theory

This paper first defines the concept of mass labor conflict event,then uses the existing literature,newspaper and information,on the basis of multi-case analysis,summed up the characteristics of mass labor events,and by group case analysis,analyzes the important factors of group mass labor conflict in the evolution.According to these influencing factors,the risk field model of mass labor conflict event is constructed by using the theory of risk field.This model is used to study the static evolution mechanism and dynamic evolution mechanism of mass labor conflict events.And through the case of labor disputes caused by the Guang Xi ZJ Company of group of strikes as an empirical case to verify the evolution of mass labor conflict events.Finally,according to the characteristics,influencing factors,evolution mechanism and the existing problems in the collective labor conflict,the countermeasures of mass labor conflict are put forward.
