Sales staff is a key formation of a sales enterprise.The objectivity and reasonability of its performance appraisal system directly influence the development and strategic target of the enterprise.Therefore,it is necessary for the human resource department to make comprehensive evaluation on the sales staff's performance appraisal in order to motivate their working enthusiasm.However,in many enterprises,people mainly focus on the result-oriented indicators rather than process-oriented indicators which results in the frequent demission of many newly-recruited sales staff.The thesis first discusses the related theory of the sales staff performance appraisal system.And then the existing problem is analyzed of the H Company's current system.Through the guidance of the related theories,some certain optimization strategies are given based on the combination of the performance appraisal programs which is followed by the security measures after the evaluation.According to the typicality of H Company,the optimized performance appraisal system for the sales staff will be a remarkable reference for the order sales-oriented enterprises of such kind.
