Labor transfer has special significance to our country economy.Based on the literature of labor transfer,however,the study found that most studies are the influencing factors of labor transfer,labor transfer mode and the labor transfer efficiency,there is very little involves the rural finance research.In the field of rural financial development studies,most of the research is mainly focus on the relationship between financial development and economic growth,there is little literature focus on the rural financial development and the relationship between the agricultural labor force transfers.Based on the insight into China's rural financial development and transfer of agricultural labor force,on the basis of the background and meaning,through to the rural financial development and agricultural labor force migration theory and literature review,define the basic scope,extension of E.S.Lee push-pull theory model,reveals the rural financial development by reducing the monetary cost,promote the economy of scale,improve technology,improve the level of rural economic life and influence the transfer of rural labor force;Two aspects of process and new features described China's rural financial development and the present situation of the rural labor force transfer;Using fixed effect panel model of 31 provinces from 2000 to 2013 in China,the inspection and the following conclusions: on the whole,the rural financial development had no significant effect on labor transfer power;Rural financial development on labor transfer of the thrust function mainly reflects in the agricultural machinery total power or improve agricultural labor productivity and reduce the farmers' income,the lower the relative income of farmers,agricultural total power is higher,then the more thrust of rural surplus labor force;The pull force of the rural financial development on labor transfer is the main way to improve the level of rural economy,rural economic life level is higher,the weaker Labor out wishes;Area,in the eastern,central,west and northeast,the rural financial have a different impact on the transfer of labor.The east,the rural financial have a positive impact on the labor transfer of power,the other three regional finance for rural labor transfer has reverse effects,other forces are consistent with the whole.Combining with the theory and the empirical part of the analysis,put forward to promote our country labor transfer policy Suggestions: improve the rural financial power of labor(for labor transfer multi-level,multi-stage,diversified financial services),increase the thrust of finance for rural labor transfer,increasing rural financial support,to speed up the realization of agricultural mechanization;provide the development of township enterprises in the financial services,to promote agricultural labor transfer;with the construction of small towns financial services,to promote agricultural labor force shift)and labor transfer in the middle of the force(strengthen labor human capital level;the government should change for Labor management ideas).
