| Innovation will occupy economic dominance in our social life. Entrepreneurship is also an important means of solving labor supply situation. Venture teams play an important role. Entrepreneurial teams respond for much more start-ups than individual entrepreneurs and larger venture teams were more successful than individual entrepreneurs. It has important theoretical and Practical value to choose entrepreneurial team as a research subject. Every member of the teams has his knowledge structure, so it is necessary to understand the situation that we have the right people in the right place to effectively improve knowledge innovation performance of team. In this process, the Innovative atmosphere cannot be ignored, because it provides a new angle for the research about knowledge innovation performance of team.This study is based on the background of venture team of the enterprise. Firstly, it introduces the connotation of the knowledge heterogeneity, Innovation atmosphere and knowledge innovation of venture teams and then discusses the correlation of knowledge heterogeneity, Innovation atmosphere, innovation performance of venture team and the mediating role of Innovation atmosphere. Through the analysis of previous literature, questionnaire investigation, interview and data, it reveals the relationship of the knowledge heterogeneity, Innovation atmosphere and innovation performance of venture team. As follows:(1) Knowledge heterogeneity and Innovative atmosphere have a significant correlation.(2) Innovative atmosphere and innovation performance of venture team have a significant and Positive correlation.(3) Innovative atmosphere plays an intermediary role in the relation between knowledge heterogeneity and innovation performance of venture team.According to the above conclusions, this paper puts forward practical recommendations on improving knowledge innovation performance of venture team, points out the limitations of the study and the research direction in the future. |
