Effectiveness Evaluation Of Inner Mongolia Tourism Industry Policy

Tourism industry is the core driving force for the rapid economic development of China under the new situation.It is also a comprehensive competitive advantage in implementing the five development concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing".The development of tourism industry is actually the process of economic development of tourism industry.Through the development of relevant tourism industry policy,the government can not only ensure the healthy operation of the tourism market economy,but also make the market play an active role in regulating the resources;On the other hand,the phenomenon of tourism industry policy can be adjusted and restricted tourism market failure,to avoid the destruction of tourism resources and environment pollution caused by externality and the development of tourism public failure and market failure,information asymmetry occurs.In this paper,BCC model and DEA-Malmquist index method in data envelopment analysis(DEA)are selected to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of tourism industry policy in Inner Mongolia.Select the number of employees,Inner Mongolia third industry investment in fixed assets,the number of travel agencies and the number of star hotels as input indicators,domestic tourism income,the number of domestic tourism,inbound tourism and foreign exchange income as output indicators,combined with the characteristics of the tourism industry in Inner Mongolia,analyzed the 2005-2015 12 cities of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region tourism industry efficiency,and reveals the differences in temporal changes and spatial characteristics,in-depth analysis of the impact of Inner Mongolia tourism industry policy of Inner Mongolia tourism industry,and put forward relevant suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the Inner Mongolia tourism industry policy.This provides a more scientific basis for the formulation of rational and scientific tourism industry policy in Inner Mongolia,and provides a new way for the development of tourism industry in China.
