Research On The Construction Of Distinctive Town In Qingmuguan Shapingba Chongqing

China's well-known sociologist,anthropologist,and one of the founders of anthropology and sociology-Mr.Fei Xiaotong published a paper titled "Small Town,Large Problem" 30 years ago,which had aroused great repercussions from all walks of life,making development of small towns become the choice of urbanization road with China characteristics.After that,China chose the road to develop small towns,and small-medium-large cities harmoniously.However,in the implementation process,big city expansion is pursued,rural hollowing and agricultural population non-agriculturalization become new problems faced during urbanization development.There are two main reasons for choosing the area in Chongqing.First,the law of "urban and rural planning act" was formally adopted in 2008,it makes the beginning of Entering the urban and rural planning era.The study of distinctive town,met the requirements of the times.Second,Chongqing was approved as the “national urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area” in 2007.How to get rid of the urban-rural dual system is a major problem faced by Chongqing.It is of great practical significance to study the construction of small cities and towns in Chongqing.it chooses Qingmuguan Town,which is the pilot town of national development and reform,national key town,municipal center town and Chongqing historical and cultural town,as study object.It is hoped have a reference to other small towns by studying its development model.In this paper,it obtained a large number of situation maps and relevant statistical data concerning Qingmuguan Town development at different times through the access to the literature,looking up the status quo and theoretical progress made by domestic and foreign scholars about the construction of small towns,and several field visits and investigations.Based on the actual construction of small towns in Chongqing,this paper takes the urbanization path of Qingmuguan Town in Shapingba District of Chongqing as the object of study.First of all,it compares with the urbanization path of neighboring towns in Chongqing,and then selects the SWOT analysis method to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges during the development of Qingmuguan Town.It focuses on the following aspects,such as planning and construction of small towns,the selection and cultivation of special industries in small towns,and the formulation of implementation of public policies.The paper puts forward the idea that the development of Qingmuguan town should be promoted through the development of the tertiary industry represented by tourism.In this paper,through the combination of theory and practice,it studies how to determine the development planning and how to play the engine function of tourism industry.The solving of the two problems is able to drive the agglomeration of industry and population,drive the overall development of the target area,and finally realize the new urbanization of people-oriented.In this paper,it is proposed that in the planning stage of small towns,the development of urbanization should be taken into full consideration.Through the careful analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of this region,the development planning suitable for the region should be selected.And then,according to the principle of scientific planning,and implement by step,the region's new urbanization goals will be finally achieved.
