With the increasing popularity of Internet in China,and the rapid development of Internet information technology,internet life has increasingly become an indispensable aspect of people's lives.In September 29,2013,China's first professional Internet insurance companies,zhong an online property insurance Limited by Share Ltd approved.On March 2015,Premier Li Keqiang in the government work report proposed the development of "Internet plus" action plan".The Internet has brought new opportunities for insurance,and companies from various industries have been cooperating with each other to enter this market where no one has developed them.This paper makes a case study of the operation mode of Internet insurance company,and hopes to make a contribution to the exploration of Internet insurance.The innovation of this paper: one is to use data objectively reflect the Zhong An insurance operation mode,first introduced the remaining three professional Internet insurance company and Zhong An insurance comparison,two aspects of profit model is realized from the science and technology insurance.This paper first introduces the traditional and Internet insurance business model comparison and trends.Then focus on analysis of the operation mode of Xiaoshan,zhong an online organization,including the demand analysis of business model innovation and technology innovation and profit model in three aspects,then compared their data and Zhong An insurance and other three after verification of Zhong An insurance for its unique operation mode.Summarizes the existing talent,zhong an online complaints,channel costs,insurance innovation and rely on shareholder resources problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Finally,based on the analysis of the case study results,the organizational structure of Zhong An insurance can adapt to the development of the Internet insurance business model,business model can better enable insurance combined with the Internet,thevalue will bring high profit model.The Internet insurance company has also made a general proposal to pay attention to the organizational structure,pay attention to cross-border cooperation,pay attention to technological innovation,face the long tail market and technical profit.
