Study On The Path Of Improving The Vocational Skills Of Migrant Workers In The Process Of Urbanization

With the integration of the world economy,the global economy is becoming more and more intense,China's reform and opening up,the pace of industrialization and urbanization is further strengthened.One of the main phenomena of the accelerated urbanization is the rapid increase of migrant workers,and the rapid accumulation of various problems,so the research of migrant workers has become a hot and hot spot in recent years.China is in the rapid urbanization process,many migrant workers because of the surplus labor in the rural areas,came to the city,but because of lack of skills often can only be engaged in technology simple work,at the same time,because in the process of urbanization,they still can not get enough protection,such as household,medical,pension,to gain a foothold in the city.It also makes them reluctant to spend more time and money and energy to improve their skills.The research of this paper is to discuss the ways to improve the vocational skills of migrant workers in the process of urbanization,and put forward good solutions.This study adopts literature analysis method and qualitative analysis method,research on migrant workers occupation development concept based on the analysis of migrant workers occupation development space and constraints;find the theoretical basis for the development of migrant workers occupation with the economic analysis,and collect the wages of migrant workers income data analysis of relationship between migrant workers occupation development and income,by determining factors influence the development of migrant workers occupation,find the occupation development approach for many migrant workers,problem analysis and Countermeasures for the development of occupation that migrant workers in china.Therefore,the research results have very important practical significance.
