The 21 st century is a stage of rapid development of modern enterprises.The evaluation of the comprehensive strength of modern enterprises is no longer only on the dimensions of high-quality goods and services,reasonable management,scientific design and production,and sustainable development ability,but also on the excellent corporate culture.So the managers of modern enterprises are all in the lead.Corporate culture in line with its own reality.However,compared with foreign countries,China's corporate culture started very late,and has not yet been able to build a sound theoretical system and model,resulting in the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,the lack of attention to the problems and inadequacies in the construction of their own corporate culture,which to some extent will also restrict the further development of enterprises.As China's economy gradually enters the transition period,market competition and cultural needs become more and more intense.Corporate culture,as the carrier of core competitiveness of enterprises,plays a key role in the development and transformation of enterprises.Therefore,in the process of building enterprise's own culture,how to find out the existing problems and shortcomings of corporate culture,and effectively adopt targeted strategies to optimize it.This is particularly important.This paper takes Zhengzhou CZ Educational Group as the research object,through the research on the related theories of corporate culture at home and abroad,investigates the way of interviewing Zhengzhou CZ Educational Group to understand the current situation of corporate culture,studies the achievements of basic construction of corporate culture at home and abroad,and analyses the four aspects of corporate culture:spirit,system,behavior and material.The current situation of Zhengzhou CZ Educational Group is surveyed and analyzed,and the problems and weaknesses existing in its corporate culture construction are found.Then according to the guiding principles of corporate culture optimization,according to the results of domestic and foreign researchers on corporate culture to implement,and still through the above four aspects of analysis and improvement,so as to achieve targeted analysis and problem solving.Asfor the spiritual culture,we should pay attention to the education of self-cultivation and propaganda,the system and behavioral culture should organize and compete in management,and carry out all-round basic implementation with material culture as the carrier.This will be a better reference for Zhengzhou CZ Educational Group,which is now in the ascending stage.The situation described in this paper will be adapted to the transformation and improvement of the current corporate culture of Zhengzhou CZ Educational Group.However,if other enterprises have the same problems as the company,it also has the same reference.
