The Dynamic Mechanism Of Green Supply Chain Management And The Influence To Business Performance

The world's resource shortage and environmental pollution is increasingly serious by the beginning of the 21 st century.As a human and resource-intensive industry,manufacturing industry is the represent of national technology level and comprehensive strength.While promoting the development of economic and society rapidly,manufacturing industry caused immeasurable damage to the nature.How to minimize the harm to the environment is the key to the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.In this context,a kind of management that combines green and manufacturing-green supply chain management came into being.This field has become a popular research field of manufacturing in recent years.Firstly this paper introduces the research background and the significance of this research,summarizes the concept of green supply chain management,the development process and the research status at home and abroad.Than it introduces the research methods and the analyse process.Through the empirical research of 187 manufacturing enterprises in Wuhan,this paper analyzes the driving factors and resistance factors of green supply chain management in China's manufacturing industry.The paper constructs the dynamic mechanism model of green supply chain management in manufacturing industry on the basis of analysing the driving factors and resistance factors of green supply chain management.Than this paper analyzes the relationship between green supply chain management practice and the performance of enterprise.This research summarizes the research results,and discusses the reasons of the slow development of China's manufacturing green supply chain management.The suggestions for improvement of green supply chain management comes in the end of this research.
