Enterprises cannot develop without talent.Construction enterprises in the development process are the need for excellent talent of project management.Industrial restructuring project of Petro of China Liaoyang Petrochemical is about to start.There are problems of project management talents development Liaoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company.Liaoyang.Currently,cannot undertake large-scale projects Petrochemical Engineering Company must find out the problems existing in the development of talents as soon as possible,and put forward the Countermeasures to development better in the future.First,according to the existing situation of the Liaoyang petrochemical engineering company,analysis of the drawbacks of the mechanism of talent introduction,training,management and incentive system.Through literature review,questionnaire,and the comparison of domestic and foreign literature,we find the problems of the enterprise.Including the project management personnel structure Liaoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company;talents;training status;incentive system problems,and analyzed the causes of these problems.Second,based on the relevant theory and survey data,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the problems.To solve the existing project management personnel: the problems in the development of Engineering Company,and change the status quo of project management talents development Liaohua engineering company.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the measures,we also put forward the corresponding safeguard measures.Mainly includes three aspects: the support of the company's leadership,the coordination of functional departments and the cooperation of the basic unit.Finally,the research results are summarized.Problems in the development of project management personnel Liaoyang engineering company was studied,effective and feasible solutions are put forward.To solve the problem of Liaoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company,but also to the reference to other engineering enterprises,to promote the other project management personnel development.
