The Model Building Of Supplier Evaluation Based On Multi-Attribute Group Decision Making

Since the 21 st century,with the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,great changes have taken place in the overall market environment,the competition among enterprises are developing into competition between supply chains.Suppliers as the source of the supply chain,which provides the quality of raw materials directly affect the quality of enterprise products,overall level of suppliers has a great influence on enterprises management.Selecting the most excellent supplier and with the establishment of cooperation,is one of the core works of modern enterprise,high quality suppliers can not only improve the product quality and the comprehensive strength of enterprises,but also to realize the maximization of the overall supply benefits.The evaluation and of selection supplier selection is a decision problem,in order to ensure the accuracy of decision results,it is necessary to rely on invite a number of experts to participate in supplier evaluation.In this paper,on the basis of understanding the supply chain and the supply chain management theory,clear supplier evaluation process.For large equipment manufacturing industry as an object,through the analysis of the related supplier evaluation literature,summarize the multi-level supplier evaluation index system design of the initial reference indicators,and based on this design supplier evaluation questionnaire,after the statistical analysis of the questionnaire and the factor analysis with the aid of SPSS,acquire suitable for large equipment manufacturing supplier evaluation index system;Through research the supplier evaluation method status at home and abroad and the analysis of the theory of multiple attribute group decision making,understanding the multiple attribute group decision making advantage in solving problems of supplier evaluation,and select the binary semantic combination ELECTRE method of building the appraisal model of suppliers,including subjective and objective of combining the entropy weight method to determine index weight and based on the decision theory of "the minority is subordinate to the majority" to determine the weighing values of experts.In this paper set up suitable large equipment manufacturing supplier evaluation index system,build the supplier evaluation model based on multiple attribute group decision making,provides a solution for the enterprise supplier evaluation.Application results show that the comprehensive evaluation of information,theevaluation result is reliable.The results can also be used for other supplier evaluation research to provide a certain reference.
