A Study On The Management Mode Of Agricultural Supply Chian On Perspetive Of Food Safety

"People regard food as their prime need, and food safety is the basis." Agricultural products are the necessity of people's survival. Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, the food safety problem of agricultural products has been increasingly striking in the whole world. In China, it is also not optimistic, which becomes worse due to the exposure of Sanlu milk powder scandal and maggot in citrus. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the management of food safety of agricultural products.This paper, in perspective of food safety, analyzes the management mode of agricultural supply chain, and investigates what kind of management mode of agricultural supply chain can guarantee the food safety. Mainly depending on the coordination of supply chain core enterprises, assisted by the governmental supervision to supplement market failure, the food safety of agricultural products can be comprehensively achieved. Thus, the research contents mainly includes the following:First, based on the discussion of the category of agricultural products and food, the supply chain theory of agricultural products, the research scope of the management of agricultural supply chain in perspective of food safety is defined.Second, the status of food safety using typical and advanced management mode of agricultural supply chain abroad is analyzed. And the present condition of food safety in each link of agricultural supply chain in China is investigated, including the links of production and processing, circulation and consumption of agricultural products.Third, the composition and characteristics of four main management modes of supply chain of agricultural products in Chinese wholesale markets, processing enterprises, chain supermarkets and logistics enterprises are analyzed, and four critical factors affecting food safety in agricultural supply chain are found.Fourth, according to the critical factors affecting food safety of agricultural products, the basic mode of supply chain management of agricultural products to guarantee food safety is constructed, and meanwhile how to operate the mode is also studied.Fifth, in the stimulant mode, game theory is used to analyze the game condition in food safety problem between each subject of supply chain of agricultural products, including supplier and seller, and seller and consumer. From the discussion on the equilibrium solution, the conclusion can be drawn that under the condition of governmental supervision and contract binding, the food safety can be achieved by the guarantee of each subject of supply chain of agricultural products.Finally, from the analysis of the case study of the established model, it can be concluded that at the level of certain interest rate and consumers' demand for food safety, mainly depending on the management of supply chain core enterprises represented by chain supermarkets, assisted by the governmental supervision, comprehensively utilizing the hardware technology to reduce the asymmetry of information and management technology to bind the immoral behavior of enterprise, food safety in the environment of agricultural supply chain can be guaranteed.
