With the development of national economy,the banking business is constantly expanding,customer manager group continues to expand,the customer manager as the commercial banks to expand new direction,the performance appraisal is very important,but the performance management and the corresponding still remain in the era of traditional commercial banks,how to manage the customer manager,is placed in the main problems of human resource management inside the financial industry.The customer manager as a strong professional and technical personnel,it is quite special,with the customer manager as the foothold,research on the performance evaluation system,can effectively supplement the current performance appraisal of some short board,optimize the business structure of commercial banks,based on risk control,to establish long-term stable relationship with customer.This in-depth discussion and investigation of the basic situation of ZL branch,including: the existing organizational framework,manager of the personnel structure,entry age,age structure,educational structure,introduces the related system of the existing performance appraisal system of performance appraisal,the customer manager's daily management assessment,assessment and other aspects of the internal control system.Through the questionnaire survey,questionnaire reliability and validity test,using the revised questionnaire survey,and in-depth analysis of the results of the ZL sub branch performance assessment of the existing problems.Aiming at the existing problems,puts forward the solution and method to customer manager job characteristics as the starting point,to redefine the customer manager responsibilities,strengthen the staff's performance appraisal system and the provisions of the training,with the help of the head office of all kinds of internal system for automatic extraction of performance data,shorten the period of assessment,confirm the focus on performance evaluation standards and the weight,using interview method and chromatographic analysis method to get standard and suitable weights.Through a set of performance evaluation method of the design and development of the existing performance evaluation system has been improved,and put forward the performance evaluation system of the implementation and safeguard measures,the method is feasible and practical.At the end of this paper,the main work and achievements of this research and improvement are summarized,as well as the problems to be further studied.
