Performance evaluation is an enterprise human resources management system is an important part of the establishment of performance evaluation, performance assessment scheme is a new development direction, is an important part of all management systems. Good performance appraisal is the protection of customer manager system effective operation of the key, which can create a good business environment and good incentive development environment. By improving the performance appraisal system of staff to play the greatest potential, make its utmost for the bank to create value.The establishment of a fair and reasonable, full of incentive pay and benefits system, to a large extent is to attract, motivate and retain the ability to staff the important measure, according to market the basic wage guide price and the unit to determine the bearing capacity of the economy overall wage level, through position analysis and position evaluation to determine the various levels, between the relative value of each position, to determine their pay grade, but also with the market price, benefit of unit and individual performance to develop a suitable salary float solution.This paper introduces the performance appraisal of entry, BS bank customer manager performance appraisal of the present situation, the problems existing in the current as well as how to establish a set of the BS bank actual management system, make the client manager work continuously improve performance, ultimately to promote the organization performance continues to improve, find the employee occupation career and business development agreement point, so as to achieve a win-win result.This paper consists of four parts:the first part about performance appraisal research significance, domestic and foreign related areas of research are reviewed and the research goal content and method; the second part of BS bank customer manager performance appraisal case description, see the performance appraisal of the situation; the third part of the BS bank customer manager performance appraisal present situation analysis, including performance assessment of relative theory and the problems of performance appraisal analysis; fourth part of the whole article, conclusions, and gives corresponding suggestions, get inspiration.
