Banks play an indispensable role in the process of economic development.In recent years,the number of network points has increased dramatically.How to develop and grow in the fierce market competition has become the social reality that they have to face.In this case,banks have to pay attention to the promotion of core competitiveness.Promotion is particularly critical in the process of human management,which is also an important aspect of the development of modern banks.Effective performance appraisal can effectively promote the enthusiasm and creativity of customer managers.Based on this,this paper will focus on exploring how to improve the bank customer economy.This paper mainly takes the performance appraisal of retail customer manager of branch Z as the research object,and comprehensively uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interview to clarify the current situation of performance appraisal.On the basis of clarifying current situation of performance appraisal,then makes comprehensive use of many kinds of methods.Performance appraisal method,in order to form a scientific and effective appraisal system,to provide a fair and just appraisal environment.Through sorting out the existing performance appraisal system,we know that there are some problems in the performance appraisal,such as long appraisal cycle of customer managers,unreasonable design of appraisal index and weight,narrow application of appraisal results,lack of depth of performance feedback and so on.In view of the fact that the head office does not divide the professional posts of the customer managers,it is suggested that the retail customer managers should be assessed by market managers and individual loan customer managers,and the grading and filing period should be adjusted from one year to half a year.Emphasis is laid on the determination of customer manager evaluation indicators according to business development,to promote development of branch retail business.
