Construction industry is the pillar industry of national economy in our country,and with the development of it,the concrete,an integral part of Construction material',is on the increase year by year.In recent years,the commercial concrete factory production replaced the ingredients stirring at the scene of the engineering construction method,because of its good quality and fastspeed,it is used more and more widely.But due to low barriers to entry,and low personnel quality request,the competitionis fierce in the industry,so the development strategy of commercial concrete become the focus of the managers.Based on the strategic management theory,and literature analysis,according to the development situation of PT company,the paper studied the competitive strategy of PT company.First with the aid of the external environment,such as PEST method,five model analysis method,analyzes the external environment of PT company,it is concluded that the opportunities faced byPT company including national industrial policy supporting opportunities,open coastal development strategy advancing opportunities,city policy on enterprise's qualification of concrete companies opportunities and so on,all 7 opportunities.The main threats of the PT company faced including new production safety law and environmental laws of concrete enterprises put forward higher requirements,the rise of raw material and labor costs brought huge pressures to the development of commercial concrete enterprises etc.8.Secondly,using Delphi method,the thesis analyses the KSFs and RSFs.Of commercial concrete industry.Concluded that the RSFs include the ability of target market selection and customer's requirements control,the ability of technology innovation and product modification,the ability of purchasing and outsourcing control and the control ability of production process and service support,etc.11.KSFs include the ability of sales and customer relationship management,the ability of the guarantee of the human resources,the ability of financial resources,the ability of continuous improvement of QHSE management system of and ability of cost control.And goals for the PT company products on the market of the,according to the products on the market and the ability related to the industry success factors of PT company and its four main competitors,comparing and ranking,the assessment results show that the company's comprehensive strength is in the middle.Thirdly,using the method of benchmarking,the paper evaluated the PT company's internal resources conditions and the core competence,it is concluded that the main advantage of the PT company includes the purchasing and outsourcing control ability,the production process control ability,ect.5 aspects,the main disadvantages including technological innovation and product modification ability,the human resources guarantee ability and so on 6 aspects.Its core ability are purchasing and outsourcing control and cost control ability.Fourthly,using the SWOT matrix method analyzed the alternative competitive strategy for PT company to choose,including differentiation strategy,total cost leadership strategy,hybrid strategy,etc.,from applicability,feasibility,andacceptabilitythree aspects to evaluation the PT company's alternative competitive strategy.And choose its competition strategy according to the result of evaluation.Finally,combining the resources of the PT company's internal weaknesses and the implementation of the competition strategy's condition,from strengthening the capacity of technology innovation and product modification,strengthening human resources management,strengthen financial resource management ability,strengthening continuous improvement of QHSE management system ability and continuous management innovation and so on,puttingforward the PT company' ssafeguard measures to competition strategy implementation.
