Implementing employee training outsourcing,as the most effective way to reduce cost s or make better use of social resources to improve employee productivity and improve b usiness performance in recent years,has been widely adopted in the management of enter prises.In China,it has formed a more mature and have a considerable size of the outsou rcing services market,but also to the training outsourcing industry has a strong developm ent potential.Compared with the traditional corporate training model,enterprises with eme rging staff training outsourcing business can get a clear advantage.In this paper,A compa ny as a sample of training outsourcing management research,in order to promote A com pany and even coal enterprises to improve the level of training outsourcing management.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,we will review the literatures on the training of outsourcing staff at home and abroad.On this basis,we summarize a nd summarize the latest research trends in this field and lay the theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,Investigation and interview,the investigation and statistical analysis of the overall situation of employee training outsourcing management of Company A.It p oints out the problems and causes in the training of outsourcing of employees in Compan y A,such as "Training needs are inaccurate" "Outsourcing decision-making is not scientifi c" "Training outsourcing service providers choice method is not objective" and so on;Thi rd,A company for the staff training outsourcing management key issues and reasons,A c ompany staff training outsourcing management to improve the design,put forward targeted improvements The Such as: from the strategic,organizational and individual three levels of comprehensive analysis and accurate grasp of training needs information;Loh & Venka traman outsourcing decision-making model based on the establishment of A company emp loyees training outsourcing decision-making model;training outsourcing service providers t o select the index system,The improvement of the supervision and management of the d esign and implementation of the improvement of the implementation of supporting measures.The author hopes that through the research of this paper,we can contribute to the pro motion of the training level of employee training and training,and provide some experien ce reference for the training of outsourcing of employees in coal enterprises.
