A Study On The Development Of Specialized Towns In The Late Industrial Period From The Perspective Of Urban Amenity

The specialized town is a kind of town economy based on the professional production advantage of one or two or three kinds of products,which is an effective exploration for the reform of the market economy in China.With the industrialization of C hina into the late stage of transformation and upgrading stage,the development of professional town is also faced with the promotion of industrial grade and technical level and other pressures.Under the background of globalization and the era of knowledge economy,the theory of urban amenities is widely regarded as a new urban development concept,which is based on the ability of urban amenities to attract talent.It is considered that urban amenity instead of traditional development factors is a new driving force for urban development.Accordingly,this study tries to study the practical problems of the development of specialized towns in the late period of industrialization from the perspective of urban amenity.First of all,this study starts from the relationship between the development of specialized town and urban amenity,draws on foreign scholars' understanding of connotation of urban amenity,takes the demand of specialized town crowd as the guide,based on relevant standards and norms,and discusses the constitution of the construction system of specialized town amenity,and from the project type and construction level of two aspects to analyze the content of its construction and from two aspects contanting the project type and construct ion level to analyze its construction content.The project types include infrastructure,public facilities,public open space three categories,specifically divided into 13 sub-categories;The construction level is divided into 3 parts: basic amenity,general amenity and growth amenity according to the residents' demand characteristics.On the basis of this,this paper takes Nantou town of Zhongshan city as an example,this paper explores the important role of urban amenity in the development of home appliance industry in the background of China's economy entering into the late stage of industrialization.And in accordance with the system of specialized town amenity,the article analyzes the supply idea and construction situation of the amenities of Nantou,a nd considers that the ideal blueprint of the planning under the former "instrumental reason" mode ignores the difference of the residents' demands,government policy makers prefer infrastructure amenities under the incentives of political and financial;and in this supply of ideas,the construction of specialized town amenities do not consist with the demand of the crowd of the professional town.As a result,the total amount of basic amenity is insufficient,the phenomenon of general amenity polarization is serious,growth amenity is short of supplies.The reasons for these problems are not only the weakness of the government service concept,but also the singleness of supply mode,the mismatch of management system and the lack of policy guidance and so on.Finally,the research puts forward the planning suggestion and the management countermeasure to the construction of the Nantou amenity system from the aspects of the planning value orientation and the management decision mechanism,so as to benefit the future construction of the urban amenities.
