Faced with the rapid development of Internet,the arduous task of research,themore and more active cross boundary activities,how to manage the boundary of the team and improve the team performance have become a growing concern for the team managers.This studyhas the research team as the research object to study the relationship between team boundary management and team performance.In order to explore the mechanism of team boundary management and team performance,this paper studies the relationship between team boundary management,team learning and team performance.On the basis of literature research,this paper constructs a research model based on team boundary management as independent variable,team performance as dependent variable,team learning as mediator variable.The study uses team boundary management scale developed by Faraj and Yan(2009),team learning scale developed by Zhang Jing(2009),team performance scal developed by Tjosvold(2003).The study selects research teams of Huawei,ZTE,Baidu and other enterprises.Lastly,the study successfully issues 510 questionnaires,72 research team.SPSS and AMOS is adopted to explore the purification of three scale item analysis factor,test the validity of the analysis,analysis of test model and hypothesis of this study.The results show that: team boundary management,team learning and team performance are positively correlated,and team learning plays a complete mediating effect on the relationship between team boundary management and team performance.Finally,based on the results of data analysis,from the point of view of team management,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve team performance,such as team design,team boundary management and team learning.
