Job engagement,as a kind of positive working being characterized by enthusiasm and selfless work,is being seriously challenged in the modern enterprise organizations.As the new blood of knowledge-workers,the post-90 s generations play a more and more vital role in the development of organizations.With distinct personality,strong innovative spirit and demand motivation,the post-90 s generation tend to take more consideration about their personal career growth in organizations.Besides,organizational identification will stimulate the enthusiasm of the knowledge-workers,in other words,the employees with higher organizational identification will be likely to implement more behaviors that benefit the organization.The paper focuses on the study of the impact of career growth and organizational identification on job engagement of the post-90 s knowledge-workers under the situation that job engagement is severely challenged,and how companies improve their job engagement from career growth and organizational identification.Based on the review of need for achievement theory,the study constructs a research model which includes three variable,namely,career growth,organizational identification and job engagement from the perspective of improving the job engagement of the post-90 s knowledge-workers.The main focuses of the study are to find out the influence of the development of career goal,the development of career ability and promotion speed on the three dimensions of job engagement,and to figure out how organizational identification adjust their relationships.In order to verify the hypothesis,this article adopts the method of questionnaire survey,regards the post-90 s knowledge-workers as the study subjects by delivering the online questionnaires to them,obtains 327 valid samples and verifies the mentioned hypothesis by analyzing the data of samples of reliability analysis,regression analysis,ect.The relationship between career growth and job engagement is revealed by the empirical results.Whether in the whole industry or in the Internet /Financial industry and other special industries,the results all indicate that the development of career goal,the development of career ability and promotion speed exert significant influence to different degree on the three dimensions of job engagement,to be more specific,the development of career goal has the greatest effect on dedication,the development of career ability exerts the most profound effect on absorption and the promotion speed influences vigor mostly,however,the influence of return growth on vigor,dedication and absorption is not verified by the study.In addition,the three dimensions of organizational identification play a role of adjustment in the relationship of career growth and job engagement.The paper concludes that the incentives of career growth and the psychological bonds of organizational identification are the important factors influencing the post-90 s knowledge-workers' job involvement according to the further discussion and analysis of the results.Finally,the paper suggests organizations should establish reasonable training,compensation and promotion system from the perspectives of career growth and organizational identification,and build an innovative corporate culture,etc to increase the job engagement of the post-90 s knowledge-workers.
