ZJ Decoration Company-Research On The Construction Of Management Accounting Informatization

With the development of information technology popularization,operating environment of enterprises on the one hand is more complex,need to provide management accounting decision information timely and accurately;on the other hand,the development of information technology to create the conditions for the application of management accounting.Therefore,to study the information construction of management accounting in our country road,not only conforms to the development of management accounting has gradually formed Liaoyuanzhishi,broaden the boundaries of theoretical research on management accounting information,and speed up the management of accounting information integration,promote the level of enterprise information management accounting,so as to realize the theoretical research and practical application of double effect.In this paper,the method of case study is used to study the management accounting information of ZJ Decoration Company.The first section makes a brief introduction about the general conditions of architectural decoration industry and ZJ Decoration Company and points out the informatization problems in ZJ decoration management accounting application.The second section analyzes the cause and demands of management accounting informatization issues in ZJ Decoration Company and further raises relevant suggestions for management accounting informatization construction.The case study in the thesis takes the system theory,control theory,management accounting informatization theory and process reengineering theory as the guidelines and combines with present development conditions and production and operation features of domestic architectural decoration industry.First of all,targeted at the problems of ZJ Decoration Company in terms of project management,contract management,invoice and tax management and capital management,this thesis observes the demands of management accounting informatization construction and puts forward management advice.Secondly,this thesis presents the mode of management accounting informatization construction in ZJ Decoration Company,including software mode selection,construction process,principle objective,and raises the construction thoughts of general planning implementation.In the end,this thesis also designs a plan for the basic construction models for ZJ Decoration Company management accounting informatization,arranges the project registration,contract management,capital management,invoice and tax management and supplier management operation flow and presents software system implementation plan.This thesis expects to offer references for the practice of management accounting informatization in companies,in particular architectural decoration companies.
