The Research Of Official Request And Its Error

In this paper,the legal documents request are used as the research object,aiming at using the comparative analysis as the research perspective,through research methods,such as case analysis,comparative research,systematic analysis and so on,trying to provide practical reference.This paper argues that there are some errors in the actual application of request,the main reason is that the distinction between the request and the similar document is not clear enough,and the cognition of the stylistic origins,stylistic classification,system features,rhetorical features and writing rules of request is not comprehensive and thorough.Therefore,this article combs with the similar document such as the stylistic origin of report,study on the program changes,stylistic features and written rules,and combines with government websites governmental documents and Related research,summarizes the types of misuse,analyzes the causes of the error,tries to put forward the corresponding avoidance method.At the same time,in order to deepen the study of the request,focuses on the subject of author and reader,to define and analyze,attempts to put forward the writing strategies,to promote the development of the use of norms.This paper mainly discusses the following several parts.First,finds its own historical development clues and characteristics,including the stylistic origins,stylistic classification,system features and rhetorical features,and divides into three types,such as seeking help,requesting and approving;Second,explore the characteristics of the system,such as elements and structure,space,.rhetorical features such as rhetoric,vocabulary and sentence selection and use,writing norms such as the relationship between the text,writing basis,writing rules.Third,lists the types of errors,roughly divided into two categories,one is its own error and the another is the misuse with the similar languages.And explains the cause of the error,compares the similarities and differences of similar languages,propose a method of circumvention from the aspect of writing subject and recipient,national level,the setting and development of the request itself at the same time;Fourth,explores writing strategies from the perspective of writing subject and recipient on the basis of the actual writing,in order to correct the errors in practical use;Fifth,compares cross-strait four documents with a historical look,precipitates usefulreference,and tries to predict the development trend in the future of request.
