Research On Uzbekistan Logistics Development Strategy Under The Background Of "One Belt And One Road"

"The Belt and Road Initiative" has brought development opportunities to Uzbekistan and strengthened the exchanges and cooperation among the countries along the belt and road.As the changes in the background environment,Uzbekistan’s logistics development strategy has formed a high degree of agreement with "The Belt and Road",and Uzbekistan’s logistics market value and acquisition ability have been significantly reduced,which is not conducive to the development of Uzbekistan’s logistics.Under the background of "the belt and road",Uzbekistan has carried out many international logistics cooperation and exchange activities,which has brought some experience to the logistics development of Uzbekistan.However,the stimulation and promotion of external factors to the Uzbekistan logistics can only be promoted in the short term.If Uzbekistan wants to get long-term and stable logistics development,it should be needed to fission from its own factors.After 2017,Uzbekistan further readjusted its logistics development model,taking the construction of logistics infrastructure as the core and implementing a diversified logistics development path,which provided a prerequisite for the adjustment of Uzbekistan’s logistics development positioning and guaranteed the overall development level of Uzbekistan’s logistics.In the process of researching the current situation of logistics development in Uzbekistan,this paper takes the construction of evaluation index system of logistics development status as the basis,combines factor analysis method,as well as carries out a comprehensive and scientific evaluation of logistics development status in Uzbekistan,and finds out the existing problems,which provides the basis for the construction of the future development road.Through analysis,it is found that logistics in Uzbekistan,there are many problems,such as weak infrastructure,low level of logistics informationization development,lack of logistics-related support and guidance policies,and lack of logistics-related professionals,which seriously affect the future development of logistics in Uzbekistan.In the future development process,Uzbekistan should strengthen the introduction of logistics professionals and improve the training mechanism to promote logistics development experience and theoretical support with talents as guarantee,at the same time,Uzbekistan should also strengthen the improvement of infrastructure,through the improvement of transportation routes,industrial park planning and development and information infrastructure,to improve the logistics development of Uzbekistan.Provide necessary premises and important safeguards.Under the background of "the belt and road",Uzbekistan State should also strengthens the opening degree of the market and strengthens the logistics cooperation and exchange among countries,especially the logistics industry cooperation between China and Uzbekistan.With the help of China’s logistics technology experience,it can provide a better reference for the future logistics development of Uzbekistan.In addition,in the process of promoting the future logistics development of Uzbekistan,we should optimize the financing channels of Uzbekistan’s logistics industry;further promote the upgrading of the scale of Uzbekistan’s logistics industry,with the support and guidance of Uzbekistan’s policy,to achieve the rapid and stable development of Uzbekistan’s logistics.
