| The domestic real estate industry,as the pillar industry,is becoming more and more important.It has developed rapidly in recent years,and the level of competition should not be underestimated.The sales,as the most important link of Real Estate Company operating,has been gradually paid more attention to achieving efficient performance in the Real Estate Company.The emphasis on the core competitiveness of human capital has gradually made the company’s attention to the training of sales personnel has been greatly improved.In this background,based on the human resources training related theories,the present situation of HB Real Estate Company training sales staff to understand and analyze the problems through on-the-spot investigation of the sales staff and customers in different positions.The survey found that although the HB Company for the sales staff training has been paid more attention,but the training system still has many problems,such as: the training system is not updated in time;too formal training;just for training and training;the training content is too simple and boring;it is not well combined with the Internet technology;raining effect is poor.In this paper,based on the actual situation of HB Real Estate Company,respectively using PDCA cycle and sales staff training rules to optimize the design of the training system of HB Company sales personnel,and a brief analysis of differences in the training of sales personnel in real estate industry and other industries,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions for other sales staff training. |
