the ROI of enterprise training.J Real Estate is a local real estate company in Jiang Xi province.With the rapid development of the company and the rapid expansion of manpower,the traditional training mode can no longer meet the needs the growing needs of the development and expansion of the company.Currently,the company mainly adopts traditional offline training mode.The one-way output leads to the lack of interests of employees.The failure to update the content in time makes it hard to meet the new needs of employees.It results in a baffling effect on the smooth realization of the company’s overall human resources strategic planning.Only when J Real Estate attaches great importance to employee training,can it give full play to the value of employees and effectively enhance the core competitiveness of the company,and then the performance of the company can be improved.Based on the background of the Internet ear,this thesis takes the training system of J Real Estate as the research topic,and adopts questionnaire survey,interview analysis,literature analysis and other research methods to introduce the current situation of J Real Estate’s training.This thesis uses interview materials and questionnaire survey data to deeply analyze the problems and causes of J Real Estate’s staff training under the background of Internet +.By actively referring to the latest domestic and foreign research results,together with the new characteristics of corporate training under the Internet background,this thesis puts forward the improvement measures and implementation guarantees for employee training to help J Real Estate Company establish a training system that meets the needs of development of the company and employees.Through the research,it is found that J Real Estate Company currently has a relatively complete enterprise employee training management system.However,there are still the following problems in the staff training of J Real Estate under the background of the new era the lack of analysis of employee training needs,weak training teachers,uneven distribution of training resources,untimely update of training content and development of courses,and lack of effective evaluation of training results.The main reasons are list as follows: the research on the neeeds of training isn’t thorough,the management of training teachers isn’t perfect,the training resources is limited,the training path is unclear and systematic,and the evaluation of training effect is not perfect.In the Internet era,the rapid development of the industry has put forward higher requirements for the employee training of J Real Estate Company.In view of the existing problems,in-depth cause analysis and active implementation of improvement measures are needs: the use of Internet technology to analyze training needs;Strengthen the construction of training teachers and improve the resource base of famous teachers;Use talent profiles to establish a clear map of talent training;Use Internet resources to create a personalized training model;Use big data analysis to improve training efficiency,strengthen training effect and achievement transformation.And we should actively promote the corresponding safeguard measures: ensure data security,increase training capital investment,strengthen the construction of employee training system,and promote the
