Research On The Construction Of Beautiful Village From The View Of New Public Management

The economy of China developed a lot since the reform and open,and the urbanization processed remarkably,brought challenges to rural region,less agricultural acreage,shifting of labor force,abandon of farm land,pollution,missing of tradition culture,etc.,which affects the realization of affluent society and beautiful China.In 2013,China Built the goal of Beautiful Village,The Develop of Beautiful Village is in full swing all over the country,Guli sub-district began the construction of Beautiful Village for many years,and got good results,but because that the construction of Beautiful Village just began for several years,and there are lots of problems during the process,such as the Planning and management and promotion work of the government,so the experience of village construction and new public management theory could be used for reference to solve the problems.This essay is based on the practice of Guli,and analyzes the problems of the construction of Beautiful Village through the aspects of the government the farmers and the ways of long-term maintenance,and finds the main reasons are the ways of public management;the farmers are lack of autonomy,and short of money,etc.Then it applies some theory of new public management: change the role of the government,involved the market mechanism,and the experience of Guli,to find the ways to make the construction of Beautiful Village more smoothly and fulfill the construction earlier.
