The Research Of Quality Management System In Joint Venture Enterprise Of China And Uzbekistan

The textile industry in the world has caught hold of new opportunities and challenges,as the globalization of the market.It has great prospects that Uzbekistan's demand to China light industry market,as Uzbekistan is one of the central Asia regional economic center and independent countries.The quality of the goods is a key problem that need to be pay attention to and appraisal.There are many textile manufacturers in the world,and it also exists many problems,such as fierce competition,market confusion,thus,the quality of the goods is a key problem that need to be pay attention to and appraisal.Quality is not only the first factor of enterprise development,but also the foundation of the competition.So it has the important significance for the study of the quality management of bilateral textile enterprise and the development of the textile industry.In this paper,we take H bilateral joint venture textile enterprise as an example to analyze the deficiencies and reasons in the quality management used the methods of ISO9000 and Total Quality Management(TQM)by the questionnaire and investigation.As to this Quality Management System in joint venture Enterprise of Sino-UZ,this article try to put forward some measures and suggestions from the following several aspects after jointed insufficient and characteristics of bilateral joint venture textile enterprise: The establishment of the organization;Quality management personnel training;The construction of evaluation system of quality management;The establishment of the quality management system;The construction of quality continuous improvement system.Then,this study try to put forward the suggestions to make sure the quality management system can go on wheels.This study can provide reference value in the aspect of quality management for the future research in bilateral joint venture textile enterprise.
