| The world is made up of different countries and nationalities,due to the different backgrounds,which makes their national culture system different and different.Similarly,as part of the cultural system,corporate cultures are different from country to nation.With the birth and development of enterprise,enterprise culture is the most outstanding experience and management concept formed in the long-term development process of enterprise.Corporate culture is the most basic momentum of the development and the catalyst for enterprise growth,and unique corporate culture is one of the secrets to success.Since the acquisition of BL,constantly absorbing the essence of Chinese and foreign enterprise culture construction,throwing away its defects,and constructing a new culture system which belongs to themselves,rooted in Chinese market,with the rapid development,to be the leader in the industry and achieve corporate goals.This paper by reviewing the existing literature data,analyzes the history of enterprise culture,expounds the Chinese and foreign enterprise culture construction and development present situation at present,proposed the establishment of BL company's corporate culture construction,to do a survey on the existing culture system of BL company,analyzes the culture system of BL company according to the culture four levels structure,and raises questions and reasons caused by different culture,and propose solutions.Through the analysis,this paper argues that BL's corporate culture system must be based on Chinese culture,combining the enterprise culture,to establish their own enterprise culture system,further put forward contents of corporate culture system,including the core values of the enterprise,management,,institutional improvement.Finally,the thesis gives the guarantee measures for the establishment of the corporate culture system and the implementation of BL company in the light of the cultural differences between the Chinese and foreign enterprises. |
