Research On Rural Finance Precise Poverty Alleviation In S County

“Eliminate poverty,and ultimately achieve common prosperity” is the basic requirement of socialism.It’s also a target we try hard to achieve.But up to now,China’s poverty alleviation situation is still grim.In 2013,our country puts forward the idea of precise poverty alleviation for the first time,aiming to solve problems such as poverty alleviation object is unknown,poverty reason is not clear,the use of poverty alleviation funds and projects is not clear,poverty alleviation measures are not targeted strongly.Rural finance in our country plays a more and more important role in the rural economy and poverty alleviation.How to use the rural financial better in precise poverty alleviation is the topic we try to explore in this paper.In this paper,through discovered problems,analyzed problems and solved problems,I try to accurately analysis the mode of S county poverty alleviation on innovation and practice by literature analysis,comparative analysis,case analysis and some other methods.Based on the study of financial theory,I prove the importance of rural financial for precise poverty alleviation.And based on the study of practice of rural finance poverty alleviation at home and abroad,I deeply discuss the rural financial precise poverty alleviation and rural finance of S county.And according to the firsthand data of the rural financial to analysis the status of S county.Then I analysis problems existing in S county rural financial poverty alleviation practice,try to put forward some suggestions.
