Research On The Competitiveness Of Rice Industry In Liuhe County

As a key grain crop in Jilin,rice plays a crucial role in the food production of whole province.Similarly,rice industry is one of five leading competitive industries in the national commodity grain base Liuhe County.The county party committee and government have been paying high attentions to promote the rapid development of agriculture industry,especially the rice industry for a long time.At the 11 th Congress of Party Representatives of Liuhe County,the country has proposed a development strategy “Six Fragrances for Agriculture”(namely Rice Fragrance,Bouquet Fragrance,Flower Fragrance,Fruit Fragrance,Faint Scent and Herbal Fragrance),which fully utilized the advantages of agriculture development;thereafter,competitiveness of rice industry has made great development while the industry has achieved flourishing growth.On a provincial and national scale,however,competitiveness of the rice industry is weak,and the industry still has several problems to be solved in the development.Therefore,in order to promote the development of agricultural industry in new area,it becomes a crucial task to explore and improve the competitiveness of rice industry.On the basis of resource endowment,industry and economic development situations,an in-depth research on the competitiveness of rice industry in Liuhe County was implemented in this paper with the method of information retrieval,field research,empirical analysis and etc.,then several problems in the development of rice industry were analyzed by combing research results,and some feasible opinions and suggestions were put forward in paper.The research contents of this paper aimed to analyze the basic information,development situation,existing problems and factors by learning from domestic and overseas development experience of rice industry,demonstrate further development possibility of the rice industry of Liuhe County and then put forward the direction,objectives and measures for future development.The general idea of the research,namely the frame structure of the paper can be designed as the following.The framework of this paper is as follows: This paper consists of seven parts.First of all,the first part is the introduction,focusing on the background of the selected topic,background,research objectives and domestic and overseas research status are elaborated in detail in this part;related concepts of the competitiveness of rice industry are demonstrated in the second part;rice industry development requirements and conditions of Liuhe County are elaborated in the third part;factors influences the rice industrial competitiveness of Liuhe County are analyzed in the fourth part;the comprehensive evaluation on the rice industrial competitiveness of Liuhe County are made in the fifth part;opinions and suggestions to improve the rice industrial competitiveness of Liuhe County are presented in the sixth part and conclusion is made in the final part.
