Since the Reform and Development,Chinese high-energy consumption metallurgical enterprises expanded rapidly and played the role of main force in Chinese national economic take-off.However,It is undeniable that with the quick production of wealth,high-energy consumption metallurgical enterprises brought increasing pressure to our living environment.This development mode of extensive form on natural resource and relying solely on scale is not sustainable.While China is about to enter the critical moment in the post industrialization era,developing low-carbon economy and promoting energy conservation and emission reduction has become the inevitable choice for these high-energy consumption metallurgical enterprises to be strong and elaborate.Meanwhile,energy conservation and emission reduction can improve our living environment,create new investment opportunities,form new industries and lead the national economy development in a health way.Certainly,this will bring higher costs to high-energy consumption metallurgical enterprises and government in short term,and cause some new management problems.Firstly,combined with the existing issue literature focused on energy conservation and emission reduction of high-energy consumption metallurgical enterprises,this thesis analyzes the current situation of these enterprises,which includes different kinds of energy conservation and emission reduction problems on market,policy and enterprises management.On this basis,starts from the prospective of evolutionary game theory,this paper categorizes energy-saving(technology)suppliers,residents nearby,similar enterprises,government as four interest subjects,which has close relationship with high-energy consumption metallurgical enterprises.Then assumed these four interest subjects have bounded rationality,then uses evolutionary game theory to establish four corresponding models and makes detailed analysis of these four evolutionary game process.Through the simulation by Matlab mathematical software,the result reveals the key influencing factors and the principles of the actions within these four types interest groups and high-energy consumption metallurgical enterprises.According to the simulation results above,from the point of view of the game between the high energy consumption metallurgy enterprises and the four kinds of interest subjects,this paper proposes several incentive measures.It points out that the energy conservation and emission reduction work of high-energy consumption metallurgical enterprises needs the collaborative efforts by various interest groups.This paper has certain guiding meanings for Chinese high-energy consumption metallurgical enterprises to quickly and cost-effectively carry out the energy conservation and emission reduction work.
