Affected by the global energy crisis and environmental protection awareness,and vigorously support the local government,the LED industry achieved rapid development in the past thirty years,the scale of production and the market continues to grow.In the LED development prospects for the good situation,the industry investment scale,dynamics and competition situation is gradually strengthened.The LED industry has been gradually divided,and technological resources,market resources,human resources and capital resources have gradually been concentrated in some large enterprises,which poses a great threat to small and medium enterprises.For small and medium sized LED packaging enterprises,in order to survive and grow,we must combine the advantages and resource conditions of enterprises to plan and locate strategically,and innovate on the business model.Shenzhen GYX photoelectric technology company(hereinafter referred to as the "Shenzhen GYX")is a company specializing in research and development of LED packaging technology enterprises,the company positioning in the high-end market,after years of development,gradually mature business model.At present,Shenzhen GYX company has established a strategic cooperative relationship with the appliance giant,in terms of technology,personnel,production equipment and so on,there is a certain accumulation.In the current situation,Shenzhen GYX company wants to seek greater development,it is necessary to seize the current opportunity to accelerate the development of strategic layout.This paper adopts literature reading method,tool analysis method,case study method and interview method,with the help of related business management tools,in accordance with the "strategic environmental analysis--the strategic choice of logical thinking strategy implementation",to explore the development strategy of enterprises.The full text is divided into six chapters: the first chapter,the introduction,the background,research significance,research methods and framework are summarized,and a summary of relevant literature on the strategic management and strategic decision of the LED package.In the second chapter,the external environment of Shenzhen GYX company is analyzed.The macro environment,industry environment and competitive environment of LED industry are analyzed by means of PEST tools,industry chain model and five forces competition model.The third chapter,the analysis of Shenzhen GYX company's internal environment,based on an overview of the basic situation of Shenzhen and the development process of GYX Corporation,the business situation,the Shenzhen GYX company's internal resources and capacity analysis.The fourth chapter,the development strategy of Shenzhen GYX company,construction of SWOT matrix based analysis combined with the internal and external environment of Shenzhen GYX company and other factors,put forward the "growth oriented development strategy of differentiation + integration" combination.The fifth chapter,the implementation of the development strategy of Shenzhen GYX company,according to the company's overall development strategy,planning specific differentiation and integration strategy from the business layer face,and puts forward the measures to protect the market,from the angle of risk control,personnel management etc..The sixth chapter,the conclusion,summarizes the research results of the full text,points out the shortcomings of the paper,and puts forward relevant suggestions.The enterprise always in the external environment,in the face of external industry trends,market environment and competitive situation,enterprises need to combine their own resources and ability condition,make development strategy planning favorable,in order to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises.Shenzhen GYX company has maintained a steady growth momentum in the process of its growth,and has encountered the bottleneck and practical problems of its development.This paper takes the development strategy of Shenzhen GYX company as the research topic,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
