At present, China’s energy situation is becoming more intense, renewable energytechnologies and energy saving industry developed quickly in worldwide. As a newgeneration of energy-saving lighting,Light emitting diode (LED) technology hasoutstanding energy-saving feature. Energy Management Contract (EMC), whichoriginated in the western, has developed fast in China based on government’s strongsupport. Combined with LED technology, the energy saving lighting has brightprospects.This thesis, through the study of contract energy management model and LEDlighting technology, analyzed the advantage, characteristics and the marketapplication prospect of LED lighting’s using under energy contract management mode.This paper analyze the characteristics and the development trend of China’senergy-saving lighting EMC project and the specific implementation process ofenergy-saving lighting project.This thesis established a revenue and expenditure model for EMC lightingproject, which can analyze the economic feasibility and profit, this model havepractical guiding for EMC project’s decision making. Through the successful projectscase, analyze the energy-saving lighting project’s procedures, key points and thematters needing attention.Through the research of lighting energy-saving projects, combined with thecharacteristics of Chinese market, this paper analyze and describes the risk and riskcontrol methods of energy-saving lighting project. By analyzing the present situationof EMC project, this paper give some suggestions on the development of EMClighting project from two aspects, government and energy Service Corporation. |
