The rapid economic development of the country brought the automobile industry to flourish everywhere and aggravate the competition in the automotive industry.In recent years,the 4S shop,which is the core enterprise that links OEMs and customers,has not only been challenged by numerous auto brands,a number of 4S stores squeeze,but the customer base has gradually become saturated,4S shop huge initial cost investment and high operating costs each month for the 4S shop development brings a series of risks,and 4S shop long-term operating dependence Host plant survival no "discourse right",high operating costs and estranged cooperation so that some small and medium sized 4S shop has been a loss or even bankruptcy.Under the control of traditional cost,the future development of 4S shop is particularly arduous.This paper tries to introduce supply chain cost method into 4S shop to reduce the operating cost of 4S shop from the cost of total life cycle.In the core operation cost of supply chain,ABC reduces ineffective staff costs and reduces ineffective cost of capital flow operations;it uses supply chain strategic cost methods both upstream and downstream of the supply chain to reduce the relationship costs and inventory costs,providing ideas for 4S stores and OEMs and other strategic partners to strengthen cooperation and enhance 4S Shop management competitiveness to eliminate disadvantage costs.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,fieldwork method and case study method.Firstly,summarizes the traditional cost control method and the supply chain cost control method,compares the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional cost method with the supply chain cost method.Secondly,conduct site visits,interrogation and investigation,analyze the operation mode and cost structure of 4S shop,and summarize the feasibility of supply chain cost method in 4S shop.Then,based on the supply chain cost control method,design 4S shop internal process and external strategic coordination analysis;Thirdly,make a case analysis of 4S shop in M ?Company to provide a practical path for the SCC in the same 4S shop.Finally,the conclusions,the research and the prospects of this paper are put forward.The innovation point of this paper is: at present,the research of cost management involves almost all walks of life,but basically still stays in the cost management of theenterprise.There are few cost management extending to the supply chain such as external suppliers,strategic partners and customers,And most of them put forward the direction of this theory,and have not generally applied to the actual management of the enterprise.A few studies involve the logistics industry and the pharmaceutical industry.The 4S shop research is still basically in a blank state.In this paper,a representative of Anyang City 4S shop,through the analysis of the 4S shop supply chain cost optimization model to provide similar to the situation in the area 4S shop some of the development of reference.
