Cargill Animal Nutrition Company Sales Staff Motivation Mechanism Optimization Research

Cargill animal nutrition company belongs to the feed industry,sales staff is defined as the key talent group in this company.Caused by the motivation bottleneck,this group now faced many management risk,such as high turnover rate and declining performance.Therefore,how to optimize the existing motivate mechanism with upgrading ways and how to improve sales and overall performance are critical.How to optimize motivate machanism for foreign feed industry is what this paper focused.Based on motivation theory and Cargill animal nutrition sales staff motivation practices learning,through satisfaction survey and data analysis,it is clarified that compensation,career development and training are the main three issues need to be improved.According to these,combined with Cargill development strategy,we had motivate mechanism research,which expounded from the four parts:the first is for introduction for background,referenced documents and main content;then clarify current motivation problems based on the analysis for company development profile and human resources management status;the next is have one by one analysis for those problems,and make proposal to improve current practice of compensation,career development and training;the final part focus on how to make sure the implementation of this proposal.All in all,this research is aimed to optimize current motivate mechanism for Cargill animal nutrition company sales staff with the method of literature retrieval,investigation and chart analysis and so on.Which is helpful for Cargill strategy 2020 and contributed to build strong foundation for Cargill's sustainable development in China in the future.Meanwhile,it is a good guidance for motivation practice for other company,and it is a useful reference for motivation optimization research for foreign feed industry as well.
