| The rapid development of urbanization,makes a large number of rural population into cities,thus increasing the demand for housing,and urban residents is becoming more and more high to the requirement of living environment,so that residential real estate prices rose significantly,rapidly rising real estate prices brought great pressure to the urban residents,the continuous healthy development of urbanization has brought adverse effect.To solve this problem,the central timely put forward the concept of "new urbanization".New type of urbanization and the traditional urbanization,there are significant difference between the new urbanization abandoned the traditional urbanization excessive pursuit of the number of urban population increase,adhere to the "people-oriented,sustainable and healthy development",by "rapid dilated" to "improve quality".This paper first discusses the urbanization and real estate related theory,with new type of urbanization and real estate industry in shandong province as the research object,aiming at the problems existing in the real estate industry and the new urbanization interaction has carried on the qualitative analysis,puts forward the new opportunities and challenges.Under the support of a lot of historical data,the development level of new urbanization and real estate market in each region is calculated by principal component analysis,and the relationship between the two is quantitatively analyzed.In the end,the development of new urbanization and real estate industry in various regions is developed,and the strategy for the healthy and sustainable development of various regions is developed.By analysis,the new type of urbanization and real estate industry in shandong province both influence each other,there is significant correlation.Through the above analysis,on the basis of both influence each other,improve the urban layout,real estate can balanced development;Infrastructure investment,accelerate the development of the real estate industry;Adjustment of urban industrial structure,promoting sustained and healthy development of real estate industry.In this paper,the research of new type of urbanization and real estate industry in shandongprovince,on the one hand,this paper expounded the status of the real estate industry,can provide reference for the government,investors,and increased the foresight,reduce risk;On the other hand to the other parts of the new direction for the development of the interaction between urbanization and real estate industry. |
