HD Company's Comprehensive Quality Management System Optimization Research

Agriculture and animal husbandry enterprises pay attention to the quality of the product is not only the requirements of reducing,improve product quality,the product’s value maximization,but also the social public’s need for food safety.Total quality man-agement not only helps agriculture and animal husbandry enterprises recognize the product quality to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,but also makes agricul-ture and animal husbandry enterprises gradually began to examine the quality of the production management strategic development point of view,and to implement total quality management system as an important way to realize the objective of enterprise development.Based on HD company as an example,this paper studies the quality man-agement system of the existing problems,and carries on the analysis,on the basis of the comprehensive quality of HD company management system optimization,in the hope construction and implement total quality management system for the company to pro-vide the beneficial reference.In the process of research,this article takes the empirical approach,with HD com-pany as the research object,firstly combed the total quality management literatures at home and abroad,and on this basis,the concept of total quality management,content,principle has carried on the comprehensive analysis;Then on the basis of analysis of HD company quality management status,the guiding thought of process method of HD company total quality management system has been optimized,and safeguard measures are put forward.The main conclusions of this article include:(1)the HD company current main problems of the quality management system is:the lack of a quality man-agement method,lack of product realization process quality man-agement and the lack of a continuous im-provement mechanism and means;(2)the optimization of comprehensive quality management system,HD company is to realize the HD com-pany quality policy and quality objectives for the purpose,and then on the basis of process approach,to the idea of total quality management to optimize the HD company quality management system.(3)based on process method of total quality management system,including total quality management system operation mode based on the process,the customer requirements and customer satisfaction,management re-sponsibility,resource management,meas-urement,analysis and improvement,the four major product realiza-tion process,and the continuous improvement of comprehensive quality management system,and by com-prehensive quality management system documents.(4)the implementation of total quality management system safeguard measures include:responsibility and incentives,performance management,staff education measures,qual-ity culture construction measures.
