Research On The Effectiveness Of Agricultural Insurance And Rural Credit Coupling

Rural poverty problem has been a problem,more attention to the government of China since 2004,the government released a year red tape for poverty has involved,there is no lack of among them,there are many related policy for poverty alleviation and advice.Among them,the most close relationship is to improve the rural financial system related Suggestions,which is of great significance to the rural poverty relief support work.Loan difficult problem has been bothering the dull ache in rural economic development in our country,because they do not have enough money to update the production tools and expand production,many farmers can only meet the demand of their own food.Compared with the quickening economic development of the city,virtually lags behind the economic growth of rural areas,and with the development of the time,the original force farmers out of poverty may also be at risk of Chinese.This paper argues that to solve the problem of getting loans and rural poverty in rural areas,it is necessary to vigorously develop agricultural insurance in rural areas,through the development of agricultural insurance to drive up the development of rural credit,make it easier to farmers,achieve the goal of poverty.This article through to the agricultural insurance and rural credit related theory study,further to explore the related theory of its and rural poverty alleviation,to verify the two coupling development is to help farmers out of poverty.This paper focuses on whether the coupling development can achieve better results in rural areas in China.Reviewing the existing literature,most of the literature from agricultural insurance or a particular aspect of the rural credit to think of the poverty problem,discuss to the poverty alleviation effect of the coupling development of literature.This study from the agricultural insurance to promote the development of rural credit,to help farmers increase income level this mechanism to study the effect of poverty alleviation,provides a new train of thought for researchers,may have some reference value on poverty alleviation work.This paper is based on the theoretical feasibility of the mutual coupling between agricultural insurance and rural credit and the practicality of the empirical test.This article first briefly introduced the selected topic research background,points out its research significance in the theory and practice study of the content and the method used in this article research summarizes the innovations and shortcomings of this article.Then,the research literature of domestic and foreign countries are sorted out,and on this basis,the mechanism of agricultural insurance and rural credit coupling development is put forward.Then,this paper takes three steps to verify the effectiveness of this mechanism through empirical data.Rural credit is used as the intermediate variable to test the correlation between the two,and then the co-integration of the three.In the empirical test,the empirical results are analyzed systematically and some concrete Suggestions are put forward according to the current situation of agricultural insurance and rural credit development in China.Through the study of this paper,we conclude that the development of agricultural insurance is beneficial to rural credit,which can help Chinese farmers improve their loan capacity to expand reproduction.However,due to the late development of agricultural insurance in China,the government has not been able to grow up because of its limited financial support.In the future,our government should strengthen the support of agricultural insurance,guarantee the scale of rural credit expansion to effectively raise the farmers' income.
