Research On The Effect And Mechanism Of Agricultural Workers' Income Increase In XPCC From The Perspective Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

The Xinjiang production and Construction Corps,located in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region,is the last existing production and Construction Corps in China,and its development has lagged behind the national average for a long time.Precision poverty alleviation is a favorable weapon to improve farmers' income and living standard in China.Based on this,this paper explores the factors that affect the income of agriculture and workers in the Corps from the perspective of precision poverty alleviation,and constructs the mechanism of poverty alleviation and related safeguard measures.The specific analysis methods are as follows: Firstly,the population,land and natural resources of Xingtuan area are expounded,and the economic indicators such as the economic development,the income of farmers and workers,and the income comparison between urban and rural residents are analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis method.The analysis shows that there are abundant flora and fauna and mineral resources in Xingtuan area,but the production environment of crops is poor and water resources are scarce.In recent years,the level of economic development of bingtuan has steadily increased,but at the same time there are some problems such as unreasonable industrial structure,unbalanced economic development among teachers and cities,and large income gap between urban and rural areas.Secondly,the cointegration regression model is used to analyze the factors that affect the increase of agricultural workers' income,and summarize the promotive factors and restrictive factors that affect the increase of agricultural workers' income.It is concluded that the agricultural and forestry water conservancy construction,the level of educational development and the level of agricultural production have a significant promoting effect on the income increase of agricultural workers,and the investment of agricultural fixed assets has a restraining effect on the income increase of agricultural workers.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the impact of precision poverty alleviation on the income increase of agricultural workers in bingtuan,separates the total effect of precision poverty alleviation on per capita net income of agricultural workers by using co-integration regression model,and analyzes the income source of precision poverty alleviation on agricultural workers in bingtuan by grey correlation analysis method.The impact of agricultural industrial structure.The analysis shows that the contribution rate of precision poverty alleviation to the income increase ofagricultural workers is 2.72%,10.79%,18.42% and 15.75% respectively.In terms of the impact of precision poverty alleviation on the income sources of agricultural workers,wage income exceeds operational income as the most important factor affecting the income growth of agricultural workers,and the impact on the agricultural industrial structure.Animal husbandry has become the most effective factor to promote the increase of agricultural workers' income in bingtuan.Finally,from the two aspects of "blood transfusion" and "hematopoiesis",the scheme of increasing income of agricultural workers in bingtuan was designed,and the anti-poverty mechanism of bingtuan and its safeguard measures were set up.The plan of increasing income is to set up a complete system for helping poor cadres,to establish and improve the management mechanism of funds for poverty alleviation,to improve the mechanism of social participation in poverty alleviation,and to set up a mechanism of withdrawal from poverty.The safeguard measures of the anti-poverty mechanism include deepening the ideological understanding,strengthening the implementation of responsibilities,strengthening the protection of the cultivation of human resources,strengthening the supervision of poverty alleviation funds and strengthening the protection of the construction of pro-poor cadres.
