For low carbon supply chain management theory, the most important issue is:help enterprises to realize the optimization of production decisions under carbon caps, namely the carbon policy limits given in the whole supply chain to achieve output, profit and cost of the optimal in order to achieve supply chain coordination. Between supply chain enterprises separate decision to buy and sell their own carbon emissions, making decisions will not be able to make the supply chain to achieve coordination. Therefore, whether in practice or academic, through master-slave game between supply chain members, the carbon emissions trading through options traded between supply chain members as to pass on the risks and realize the important means of risk compensation, popular attention. Considering the carbon trading policies in the framework of public governance and economic development in our country, the importance of the choice of carbon trading policy as the research background, this paper mainly investigates the low carbon supply chain coordination of two core issues: The main innovation spot is:(1) in view of the two stage supply chain manufacturers and suppliers to form, adopt buy-back contract, through the way of option to avoid price risk, you can get the best production supply chain coordination and the repurchase price.(2) in view of the two stage supply chain manufacturers and suppliers to form, the revenue sharing contract, also avoid price risk by means of options, you can get the best production supply chain coordination with revenue sharing ratio. To make the supply chain profit maximization. This is good for intuitive display options in the role of carbon trading market, to practice also to have certain guiding significance.
