With the increasingly fierce global market competition and the gradual awareness of employee rights,the labor disputes that mainly consist of the new generation employees occur frequently.If the grievance,as the initiation activity of labor disputes,can be effectively resolved within the enterprise,employees do not need appeal to external legal channels.Therefore,employee grievance management becomes an attracting concern to enterprises.As an important predictor of employees'behavior and attitudes,leadership style has always been a research topic in the field of management.Thus,the relationship between the leadership style and the grievance behavior of new generation employees deserves deeply exploring.The research on grievance management abroad in the early period were carried on from the perspective of labor relations,mostly using qualitative analysis methods to describe the rates of grievance and grievance situations.Later,with the gradual development of human resources management,scholars began to explore the employee grievance from the perspective of human resources,and explored the relationship between leadership style and employee grievance.But the empircal study about the specific mechanism is not mentioned much.The study of domestic employee management is relatively scarce,and mainly aimd at giving management suggestions.This paper analyzes the effects of the leadership style have on the grievance of the new generation employees,and the intermediary role of the trust in the relationship,as well as the self-construction's moderating effect,puting forward the relevant hypothesises.This paper conducted a survey for 564 new generation employees by the convenient sampling method.We used SPSS 19.0 and AMOS20.0 to do data analysis.This paper finds out that:the leadership style has a significant impact on the grievance of the new generation employees;the supervisor trust plays a partial mediation role between Leadership style and grievance of the new generation employees;the self-construction has a moderating effect on the relationship between consideration leadership style and grievance of the new generation employees.Based on the empirical conclusion,this paper puts forward the relevant management suggestions:organizations should pay more attention to the grievance management and develop a perfect grievance management mechanism;leaders should adjust the leadership style,strengthen communication with employees and establish mutual trust relationship with employees.Through the empirical research,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of leadership style on employee's grievance.The mechanisms of the leadership style and employee grievance in Chinese enterprise is different from that of the West.Through the typical group-the new generation employees,which has the high awareness of rights,the paper constructs the model of employee grievance theory and leadership style under the Chinese background,which is a helpful complement to the employee greivance theory of the western.
