With the development of economy and society, new generation employees gradually go into the workplace and become an important part of enterprises. The growth of new generation employees environment, thinking pattern and behavior way has its own characteristics. The traditional management mode and leadership style is effective or not becoming an important topic of the enterprise human resources management.This paper considered new generation employees in enterprises as the research object. It defined the leadership style, the new generation of staff, the management effectiveness and staff awareness through literature review.This paper analyzed the relationship between enterprises new generation employees,leadership style and management effectiveness.It established a research model between leadership styles and management effectiveness of enterprises new generation employees and developed research scales inncluding leadership styles,employed awareness, management effectiveness, personality characteristics and associated demographic variables. On this bases,it collected data through field survey.It researched various variables and hypothesis testing by using research methods such as factor analysis, correlation analysis,regression analysis and variance analysis.Research conclusions showed that leadership style has a significant influence on new generation employees management effectiveness. Different leadership styles had different influences on the effectiveness of the new generation staff management.Employees perception played a partial intermediary role between the autocratic leadership style and management effectiveness.It played a partial intermediary role between the democratic leadership and management effectiveness. There was no clearly partial intermediary relationship between laissez-faire leadership style and employees perception.Staff awareness and management effectiveness differed from some demographic variables and significant difference among different personality traits.
